This course will address the setup and configuration of SCAS-BB, Cisco Service Control Operating System Software (SCOS, previously P-Cube SEos), Cisco Service Control Subscriber Manager (SCMS-SM, previously P-Cube smartSUB Manager), Cisco Service Control Collection Manager (SCMS-CM, previously P-Cube Data Collector), and SCAS Reporter 2.1.1 (previously P-Cube Reporter).
